I highly recommend Jon for assistance with Salesforce. His “working meeting” approach is really powerful in that it provides a collaborative environment where we were able to quickly brainstorm potential outcomes, explore options, and quickly create a tool that ended up exceeding my expectations.
Additionally, he offers insight into best practices and functionality that I had not originally considered, extending the value of the tools he creates. This leverage comes from working with a variety of clients and taking the “great ideas” from one project to the next.
He has been an outstanding consultant in that he quickly grasps what I am trying to accomplish and can rapidly turn around a working tool.
