Jon is amazing! We had to search for a freelancer when our Salesforce project began to go awry. Jon answered my test job post honestly which encouraged me to engage him further. Once we got into the scope of associated items Jon proved to be an expert on Salesforce and a VERY quick worker.
He helped me to solve an issue in under two hours that the Salesforce help desk had worked on for 10 days without success – these items were critical to our launch and had resulted in a large delay. When we worked further into the project Jon helped to identify other issues that required attention and solved them. He coordinated with me no matter what time of the day I had questions and even worked well after what most would consider normal business hours to help me resolve critical items.
I can honestly say that if we had not found Jon, our Salesforce launch would have been far from ideal and would have ultimately been a horrible experience.
