My company needed a new database and I had been put in a time crunch to get it done. I was very nervous about implementing it quickly because mine was about to expire and it was a big job. Salesforce had told me that it could be done myself but after diving in I was very confused by the Salesforce Pro platform, it was way over my head and I did not have time to try and learn to maneuver through building it up on my own. It was like he was reading my mind on what we needed. Because of his expertise he was able to have insight on what my company needed and gave ideas and options on how to set it up effectively for my staff to navigate with ease.
Jon was/is the reason my company is so organized and has stayed that way. He has set up our entire Salesforce Pro database and trained us either in person or with these awesome training videos he can whip up. Jon is patient with me/us as there was a lot of information to retain.
Jon’s knowledge base is incredible, he has been doing this for a very long time. We have been able to come back and get updates done whenever our company needs new tasks completed or changes tweaked on our CRM. I have zero complaints and I do not see how he could have done anything better. I am completely satisfied and will recommend Jon to everyone I know.
