I was also an educator for 16 years and in sales for 6. My background in those two things gives me a knack for communicating technical ideas and translating them into a business context. Plus, having been in the trenches myself, I know all about the challenges facing your business. Why Minded is a boutique consultancy, we’re not like the big guys and never want to be. The larger a consultancy, the less personal things are. It’s easy to get lost among all the other clients–at some point, you’re no longer a name but just a number. You feel like you’re part of an assembly line, you get boilerplate answers instead of the personalized solution your business needs and deserves.

Nobody wants to be passed off to an ‘Account Executive’ who’ll in turn direct you to 3 different specialists every time you request something. There won’t be a bunch of people CC’d on multiple email threads because they have to get permission from senior management to do anything. You’re not gonna have to wait 3 business days just to get a response.

We actually try to limit how many clients we work with so we can give you and your business the focus you deserve. This way, you know you’re working with people who care and who’ll have the time and resources to make sure you’re happy.

We’re not like that. Doing good work, giving good advice, and developing good solutions requires us to immerse ourselves in your business. We work with you as partners. That’s how we can both get the best results.
